Research to Impact
Secondary Edition
Our signature teacher training course ‘Research to Impact’ refreshes, refines, and refocuses teacher knowledge on High Impact Teaching Strategies and the Science of Learning. Our Secondary model includes subject area specialists so that teachers are immersed in highly targeted professional learning. Teachers will spend workshop days with teachers experienced in their field, and then be visited by them in their own classrooms!
We visit schools for demonstrations in classrooms, and to provide face-to-face instructional coaching.
Secondary Edition
The Secondary Edition of our Research to Impact course will provide a deep dive into the most compelling learnings from Cognitive Science as they apply to teaching in a secondary school context. The course will start with a general introduction to Cognitive Science and its implications for engagement and instruction. It also features demonstrations and coaching from secondary experts.
